History

In 2013, Benoît Godin launched the idea of an international network on the intellectual or conceptual history of science, technology and innovation. He contacted several colleagues, who got invited to a conference organized by Désirée Schauz and David Kaldewey in Bonn in February 2014. The first meeting of the network was held at this moment too. Other workshops have been held 2015 in Berlin (main organizer Tim Flink) and in 2016 in Munich (main organizer Sebastian Pfotenhauer).

The network actually comprises twelve members from Germany, England, United States, Canada, Norway, and the Netherlands. It is organized by a management board (at the moment consisting of Benoît Godin, David Kaldewey, and Désirée Schauz).
